This week I am back in the podcast office by myself and I’m talking cake. Pie is for the holidays and cake is great for those long winter nights. Today I delve into the mixing of cakes, specifically the modified muffin method and the creaming method. I visited the Olive Mediterranean Grill twice this week and I have a review for you.
