This week we explore the American meal through a video Chef Wook and I produced. We made roasted chicken, blanched broccoli, roasted potatoes and caramel walnut brownie. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it? We show several essential cooking techniques including roasting, trussing, blanching, baking and some more. Come join us as we make dinner!  Thanks for watching and we’ll see you next week.

  1. I loved this video! People never get excited about chicken anymore, and I feel like it’s a filler meat whenever someone is trying to be healthy. But this episode inspired me to roast my first-ever chicken, and impress all my friends! Thanks!
