This week is a solo session with Chef Tom. I talk about how easy it is to dress up fall and winter fruit. The cobbler is a great dessert to make and simple too. I give you the recipe that we used at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago years ago. I also talk about crisps, betties and topping for fruit like streusel. Thanks for listening and supporting the show.
