This week, Chef Wook and I answer a question from one of our listeners, Eddie Hagler. Eddie asked us to talk about the art of changing a recipe to suit your tastes, situation or lack of/excess of ingredients that you can use. Wook suggests looking in your own cooler and pantry to figure out what to cook. You can with a little creativity. Use a recipe as a guide to be creative. Thanks for listening and we’ll see you next week.
