  1. Chef! Will you make a podcast about Gluten Free Breads? One of my co-workers has a daughter that has Celiac Disease and is always asking me for recipes for sandwich bread. I have no clue what to tell her.

    I don’t really comment on gluten-free breads as I don’t feel qualified to make them. They require a completely different skill set than traditional baking. I would get Richard Coppedge’s book, Gluten Free Baking. It’s an excellent source of formulae. Sorry about that.
