This Week in Food #229: Unusual Foods…for Americans The American diet is vast in its scope of dishes from around the world. But as I was watching a Food Challenge this week on the Food Network, I noticed some foods even I had never heard of. Have you ever eaten Sea Cucumber, Goat loin or Geoduck? Me neither. This week, Chef Wook and I explore these foods from far away lands. Perhaps you live where these foods are common. Let us know. We also answer some bread questions and difficult food pronunciations. Thanks for listening and we’ll see you next week.
