This Week in Food #229: Unusual Foods…for Americans The American diet is vast in its scope of dishes from around the world. But as I was watching a Food Challenge this week on the Food Network, I noticed some foods even I had never heard of. Have you ever eaten Sea Cucumber, Goat loin or Geoduck? Me neither. This week, Chef Wook and I explore these foods from far away lands. Perhaps you live where these foods are common. Let us know. We also answer some bread questions and difficult food pronunciations.
