As I said before, I have a new class this term. I’m teaching baking to culinary students. Some culinary students are not that interested in learning baking. I think baking is, by its very nature, central to all good cooking. The new class is far from the typical group of culinary students. They approached last night’s first baking class with gusto and interest.
Adriana Willsie is a food blogger herself. She and her friend, Kylie Springman, have a very cool blog. It’s called Thin Crust Deep Dish. It describes their food travels and obsessions. I think you should check it out today. They just celebrated one year of their food blog. Adriana is also trying her hand at food photography. It’s not easy making food look realistic and palatable on the web. I wish them both well on their blog.
